We carry out annual services and all warranty and non-warranty repairs for Inogen, AirSep and other brands of oxygen concentrators. We offer a three day turnaround and a courtesy loan unit while the repair or service is being carried out.

  1. Testing of the equipment by a qualified technician.
  2. Oxygen analysis to ensure that oxygen purity is maintained to Thoracic Society standards.
  3. Testing to validate the correct oxygen pressures are maintained over a 24 hour period.
  4. The cleaning and replacement of any filters.
  5. The overall cleaning of the unit to be free from any build up of dusts, pollens etc.
  6. The supply of 3 x nasal prongs and 1 x 10 metre tubing.
  7. A courtesy loan unit is available on request.* conditions apply
