Can oxygen help with COPD?

Medical grade oxygen therapy is one method of managing the variety of diseases classed as a COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). Oxygen therapy may improve the patients ability to exercise, reduce shortness of breath and improve quality of life.

If they have not done so already, it is strongly recommended that the patient cease to smoke.

If you already have a prescription for medical oxygen please contact one of our oxygen specialists to discuss available oxygen therapy treatments. If you still require a prescription we recommend speaking with your GP or respiratory specialists to determine the best treatment for your individual situation.
