Frankincense comes from the Boswellia tree and the benefits are similar to myrrh with a completely different smell. Frankincense has a sweet, spicy aroma with a hint of citrus in comparison to myrrh which has a sort of dark piney or woody type of smell. Choosing one depends on the smell you prefer although both are good for your health and wellbeing.
This oil cannot be applied directly to the skin unless otherwise mentioned by a particular brand.
Bergamot is an essential oil that helps to cope with COPD and it is able to step up your state of mind as a study has found that vulnerability to bergamot could reduce bad mental state and tiredness.
These oils should be treated the same way as other medications.
